I rarely write reviews but I wanted to take the time on this one. I use resistance bands often when I go to a class and I love them. Decided to order myself some for at home. Stumbled across these and loved what I saw. These are a thick fabric material. They have a rubber inside making them stay in place. Since they are thick they do not roll while using them. The rubber ones roll and actually hurt my legs. These are fantastic. I’m glad o purchased these and not the cheaper rubber ones. I am going to bring my set to my class so I can use them instead of the rubber ones.
Ordered these to amp up my leg days. I ordered the grayscale with all bands being the same size but different resistance levels. The light and medium don't feel much different, but they are definitely different levels, especially when you test the heaviest band. I use the bands to warm up and during some movements. They increase the difficulty, the warm-ups make it so I feel the muscle more, and I've been seeing better results by using these! Hoping they last for a long time. They stay right where you put them, and I find them comfortable with leggings or on my bare legs if I'm wearing shorts. I haven't noticed them causing any pilling on my leggings, either!
Opted for these woven bands over the thin rubber alternative. These are extremely sturdy and stay in place while wrapped around the legs. I noticed a significant difference in soreness when I added them to my deadlift, squat and thrust exercises. Inner thighs and hips felt the burn and the soreness the next day proved that these things work as intended. Id recommend these over the flimsy rubber alternative, and the range of resistance of this set will suit anyone's level of fitness.
I like these. I was looking for something that didn't slip or bunch up and this is exactly how these are. They come in a travel bag which I like for storage. However these are definitely not for a beginner, even the light one is a good workout. And these are meant for leg or lower body workouts, some reviews complained about that but its in the description. Im sure I will eventually work my way up to use the medium but I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to use the heavy or hardest one.
Definitely something to purchase if u are serious about getting great results for leg and glutes. Durability, comfort and won't fold or slip during workouts
